Our Training
esh consultancy & training offers bespoke training to a variety of Church settings. We provide a full day training (or the equivalent to) which is both interactive and informative looking at the principles, do’s and don’ts of mentoring and skills required as well as, using the Bible as a source of mentoring examples.
Each candidate receives and individual training manual, a badge and a certificate of attendance. The Church group will also receive a leaders handbook containing steps to set up an effective and ‘safe’ mentoring scheme and numerous helpful resources.
